This directorate continued to discharge its functions of managing
the resources of the Organisation and thereby playing the role of
the �life wire� of the Organisation throughout the year 2003. The
specific activities carried out were as follows:- - Custody of all resources of the Organisation including Cash resources and other Assets. - Posting of daily transactions into the books of Accounts e.g. Cash Books, Vote Books, General Ledgers etc. - Preparation and submission of Yearly budget proposal. |
